Filter Press Usages:
Ceramics class: kaolin, superfine glass powder, fire-proof material, silica sand, spray soil grain, mud, abrasive resistance and meters brick materials, artificial black lead, hydrated lime, mica, aluminum oxide, calcium carbonate.
Main Function and Working Process:
1). The piston pump transport the kaolin slurry to the filter press,the slurry through the pressure filtration and dehydration by the filter press to achieve the solid-liquid separation and then make the slurry into mud cake.
2).The water ratio of mud cakes significantly reduce,keep in 20% to 30%.
3).The separated water can be recycled,recycling of the resource,reduce production costs,improve efficiency and reduce environmental pollution.
