 1. Main Motor and  Electronic control

 A: Screw motors are top brands imported from Japan brand Tusbaki & German brand Sew.

 B:Electricl elements in control box are German brand "Schneider".

2. Screw shaft

A. After special surface treatment, the screw shaft is more wear-resisting.

 3.   Strengthen fixed ring

A. The rings are cuted by laser cutter with 0.5mm admissible error,  and the surface are polished one by one.  

B. We add strengthen fixed ring at the side near back plate, it can reduce the breakage of screw shaft 

4.   Double support plate

A. Double support plate is bigger in strength and stronger in soundness, the shaft concentricity is higher after installation, and is not easily out of shape, ensure the space between moving and fixed rings.

*Working Principle:    

The wastewater is pushed into the dewatering machine.The sludge will move to the sludge cake outlet under the pressure of the helical aixs blades. Becuse the gap among the helical blades become narrower,so the sludge bear heavier pressure and begain to dewatering under the pressure.The water comes out from the space between fixed and moving plates.
