Please kindly note: we can provide 3D and CAD layout drawing within 5working days after get buyer's building plan.

1. When loading the beer equipment, we will take photos and show them to the clients to confirm all equipment and accessories in the container already.

2. And the another important issue is installation, two options can be chosen by the clients as follows:

a. We can send the engineer there for helping the client install debug the equipment, if it is necessary, the engineer also can teach the client how to brewing beer.

b. We can offer the piping diagram and wire diagram, and also offer installment videos and pictures, they are useful for installing, then the clients can install the equipment by themselves.

3. The sales will contact with the client all the time until the equipment running normally. Once the clent need any assistances or need any accessories,the sales will provide them soonest.

A: Our factory is located in Erhuang East Road, Licheng District, Jinan, Shandong, China, 2 hours to Beijing.

A: 5 years warranty for the main beer brewery equipment, 1 year for the accessories and auxiliaries.
5. Q: How about the installation? And what if the machine goes down
A: Yes, we will do that. There are two optionsa. We could appoint our engineer to your company to debug and repair, as for the cost of this trip such as ticket, visa, accommodation and labor cost shall be on your side.b. On-line service will be provided. If still under guarantee period, the necessary accessories and parts will be provided free, but the transportation cost of it shall be on you side.
