Working Principle of Vacuum Rotary Drum Filter:
When working, the rotating drum driven by speed-regulating motor rotates in the slurry tank, the solid material (wet starch) is adsorbed on the filter cloth of the rotating drum.
When reaches a certain thickness of starch, the solid material is scraped off by the fixed scraper, and the filtrate enters the steam separator, to achieve the purpose of separation of starch, water and gas.
