Peeler centrifuge is a kind of centrifuge which could work continuously, intermittently and with filtering function. With both automatically and manually during feeding, separating, washing, dewatering, discharging and filtering in a whole process under high speed running, and a short time circulation, large capacity processing, low moisture filter cake and clean washing.

GK series peeler centrifuge was widely applied in chemical, foodstuff, light industries, pharmaceutical, and starch industries etc, especially for suspension liquid with large, medium and small size particles, such as sulphuric ammonia, carbonic ammonia, PVC, and modified starch etc.

1.      It has applied PLC program control. (PLC & touch screen are both optional parts). Programmable setting, automatic operation without operator attention, computerized, convenient operation and repairs.

2.      Electric-hydraulic automatic control.

3.      Independent electric control panel can control remotely.

4.      Safety protection: rotation rate detection, vibration protection (optional part), protection when opening the lid (optional part), and optional overload and overheat protection for the motor, dual control with both mechanical and electrical for scraper.

5.      Welded machine case, strong and rationally design structure.

6.      Leak-proof structure with silicone rubber or fluoroelastomers seals.

7.      Independent hydraulic system can be installed separately, convenient to repair.

8.      Hydraulic coupling for transmission of power (for the model above GK1250), smooth startup well protects the motor not to damage from overload, and simplifies the routine maintenance.

9.      The components directly contact the separating material is made from stainless steel, highly improves the anti-corrosion performance and meets the hygiene standards.

10.  Horizontal siphon centrifuges applies siphon improving the production efficiency by more than 50% compared to GK series (same bowl diameter), however, can make lower moisture solids cakes.
