Hydro-cyclone classifier
This machine makes separation pulp with some pressure enter into hydro-cyclone along tangential way from the top rim of hydro cyclone ,and lead to strong cyclone moving . Because the size among granules is different ,they get different centrifugal ,buoyancy to the center and fluid drag force .Because of the force of centrifuge and sediment ,the bigger granules get bigger centrifugal and sediment on wall of tube and discharge from the outlet of bottom .Smaller granules overflow from the top of the pipe.In the end, achieve the purpose of grading or condensing.
The Hydro-cyclone’s type , specification and quantity can be selected according to impurities content of raw material ,distribution of granule and capacity .Usually , in order to achieve some technological requirements ,several specifications of the cyclones should work in tandem.
