ELE adopts double cartridge mechanical seal for bead mill from Germany BURGMANN, can withstand pressure above 10kg. The seal specifically designed for particles in fluid, is one of the most advanced technology in worldwide. - Discharging Separation
Unique tubular fence type discharging separation structure with small gap and large area, will not stuck beads or leak beads, ensure that the material discharging smoothly meanwhile lessen the impact between beads and sieve, prolong the service life.
Regular gap sizes for outlet filter are 0.1mm,0.3mm and 0.5mm, minimum 0.05mm, that allow tiny grinding beads with minimum size 0.2mm can be used. The usage of small medium micro beads can make the materials achieve ultrafine grinding requirement more easily and reliably. - Powerful Energy
Adopt pin type, the pin at high speed hitting & grinding, giving the medium more powerful kinetic energy, which is the key for material refinement. - Large Amount Medium Loaded
Can add 85-90% grinding media in chamber, the large proportion accelerate refining efficiency for the material. - High Wear Resistant Material For Grinding Chamber
Chamber wall and pin rotor adopt Silicon Carbide/ Zirconia/ Steel with high wear resistance, help to get long service life.
Silicon Carbide/ Zirconia chamber can avoid the color and metal pollution. - Cooling Effectively
With cooling system for chamber wall, end cover and special cooling for mechanical seal, adopt large area corrugation structure to get high efficiency.
Silicon Carbide chamber wall with excellent heat conductivity, ensure the chamber be cooled down easily, avoid over temperature. - Control System
Control system be explosion-proof or non-explosion-proof, button control or PLC.
