Description:  

    High Precision Filter is a device for removing suspended solids. The device consists of rack, filtration system, drive system, backwashing system, automatic control system, the drum can be easily removed on the filter.

Working principle:
   It is continuous filtering, the device is equipped with automatic start switch, when the drum into the water, the liquid level sensor sends a signal to start the deceleration drive system to drive the drum rotation, and start the backwash pump. Sewage into the hollow drum, the drum is a high degree of stainless steel filter. Sewage from the inside of the filter to the outside of the effluent, suspended solids in the sewage was trapped inside the filter. The rinse water is rinsed from the outside of the screen through the nozzle at the top of the drum. The rinsed fine particulate matter is collected by the backwash water collection tank inside the equipment and discharged through the sewage pipe. When the sewage passes, the device will automatically stop.
