Ion exchanger is also known as the sodium softener, water softener. It uses cation resin for raw water softening. The main purpose is to let the cation resin adsorb the calcium and magnesium ions (the main component of scale forming) aim to reduce water hardness, and can carry out intelligent resin regeneration, recycling use.

Working condition

An automatic ion exchanger consists of a multi-outlet control valve, a controller, a resin tank and a salt tank. The multi-outlet control valve operates automatically switches of several valves under the instruction of the controller. In this way no change for salt liquid pumps is needed in the whole working, bachwashing, exchanging and washing process

Three sets to be choosen

One valve+one tank (for discontinuous water supply)

Including a exchanging tank, a controlling valve and a salt tank. The set has to stop operating for 2 hours during regeneration and is suitable for discontinuous water supply. An extra water tank is needed for continuous water supply.

One valve+two tanks (for continuous water supply)

Including two exchanging tanks, a controlling valve and a salt tank. One exchanging tank stops operating for regeneration after producing required water while another tank begins operating. This set is suitable for continuous water supply.

Two valves+two tanks (for continuous and large amount of water supply)

Including two exchanging tanks, two controlling valves and two salt tanks. One exchanging tank stops operating for regeneration after producing required water while another tank begins operating. Then the first exchanging tank resumes operation after finishing regeneration. At the same time, the second exchanging tank began regeneration. In this way two tanks supply water at the same time. This set is suitable for continuous and large amout of water supply.
