Municipal sewage treatment full automatic sludge dewatering press membrane filter press

Membrane filter press plates consists of membrane plate and chamber plate. Slurry is sent to the filter chamber by feeding pump. Liquid passes through the filter cloth and discharges, leaving solid behind to form cakes. Then the air will be pressed to the chamber for second squeezing, which make the moisture content more lower than normally filter press.

Our plates of membrane filter press adopt high quality PP, which are non-toxic, with good flexibility, smooth operation in high pressure. The inner part of membrane plates are hollow, which are made and pressed by high pressure and high temperature machines. The feature of membrane filter press are second compression. When the primary compression is over, the air will be feed in through the middle hole of the plates, which make each hollow plates expand, thus the material between the plates would be second compressed. And the air also helps the liquid oil fall out to drain.

Material of membrane filter press

1. The material of frame is Q235B, which has high tensile strength, it makes our filter press operation more safe and stable.

2. The oil cylinder seat, pressing plate and thrust plate are formed by carbon dioxide protection welding.

3. The main beam of hydraulic membrane filter press is designed by adopting welded box construction, and manufactured

by making use of submerged arc auto welding technology.

4. All the spare parts that need painted are dealed with high speed centrifugal ball blast descaling and iron scale.

5. After painting MIO epoxy build primer, paint acrylic polyurethane coating directly to make it have the best adhesion.

6. Membrane plate are made of strengthened PP&TPE through mold pressing, it is characterized with the feature of light weight, easy operation, acid and alkali resistance, high temperature and high pressure resistance.
