Metal mine disc filter of PG series makes full use of the advantages of similar products abroad. Optimization of the design is carried out between overall performance and parts according to the characteristics of metallic minerals: high density, quick sediment and solid particles in the filtrate pipe with strong impact. The optimization ensures the metal minerals obtain excellent dehydration index in solid-liquid separation. End users’ successful practice improves that the main index and performance of the products have achieved the same achievement level with the products at home and abroad.

- Work condition
- 1. The particle size of solid in the slurry is -100mesh to -400mesh.
2. The temperature of slurry is 10-50°C, no corrosion.
3. The best concentration of slurry is 35%-65%(metal mineral) or 20%-40%(coal or other lightweight material)

1. Dehydration holes of the sector filter plate distribute evenly reasonable porosity.
2. Wear resistant chinlon monofilament or double layer filter cloth makes the filter cake removal rate increased and is not easy to be blocked.
3. Multi-point oil pump lubricates automatically and intensively.
4. The filter cloth has automatic cleaning device and keeps good dewatering effect.
5. Reinforced horizontal stirring at variable speed, shaft and the gear end is sealed with rubber, braided graphite and differential hydro pressure ensuring no leakage of slurry.
6. The main works at stepless speed change according to the concentration and flow of materials (AC speed regulating motor and gearbox) to achieve the ideal working effect.
