Plate and frame filter press description
Plate and frame filter press is very mature dehydration equipment. The filter plate and filter frame are arranged alternately in parallel, and each filter plate and filter box are sandwiched with filter cloth. The plate and frame are pressed by the pressing end, so that a filter pressing chamber is formed. The sludge enters from the feed port, the water is discharged through the filter plate, and the mud cake is accumulated on the filter cloth. The mud cake is very easy to peel off when the plate and frame released.

- Polypropylene (PP) filtration plates, made by CNC lathes, which tested by 27Mpa high pressure bofore delivery.
- Pressing plate and thrust plate are formed by carbon dioxide protection weiding.
