Introduction of Chamber Filter Press Machine:
Automatic filter press is a kind of intermittent pressure filtration machine equipment, applied to various suspension of solid-liquid separation. The separation effect is good, easy to use, suitable for large filtration industry, requires a high degree of automation or centralized control, with filter pressure of 0.6 Mpa. The whole machine is designed with integration of machine, electricity and liquid, can realize automatic pressing, filtering, draining, squeezing, loosening, drawing board, and so on, with a high degree of automation, large production capacity, low liquid content in filter cake, the unit output is high, cover an area of an area small features. Widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, dye, metallurgy, pharmacy, food, paper making, coal washing and sewage treatment and so on all kinds of solid-liquid separation is required.
Automatic filter press is on the basis of the pressure filter, according to user's different requirements for filter press equipment automation degree, choose to increase automatic plate system, auxiliary varicose arm of discharging slag system, single lever water flushing system, flap hydraulic system, PLC control system and other auxiliary facilities, in order to reduce the workers labor intensity, improve production efficiency.
Features of Automatic pull board system:
Due to the large pressure filter single filter plate are heavier, workers pulling plate unloading is not very convenient, the workload is bigger also. The automatic drawing board system developed by our factory, using the hydraulic braking, stone roller chain drive, translational synchronization, stone roller chain manipulator. Pull board system by motor, hydraulic motor, car pull board, sprockets, chains, etc, under the control of the relay, motor drive the hydraulic motor, through the chain drive around pull board the car finish pull board, the board system adopts the intelligent control, both tensile plate when the action is slow, fast, slow, can improve the efficiency of the drawing board and protect the function of the filter plate. Pull plate speed can be control according to the proficiency of operating personnel. This system has greatly increased the filter press a working cycle and effectively reduce the pain degree of the workers.
Working principle of Filter Press Machine:
1. Filter press is composed of a frame, filter plate, pressure system (manual, hydraulic, mechanical three forms) and the electrical control cabinet.
2. The frame part supports pressure device and the filter plates, from the base, pressing plate, the thrust plate and the main girder.
3. The filter plate is installed between the pressure plate and the thrust plate girder, meantime with filter cloth.
4. At work, by the clamping device (oil cylinder piston rod or wire rod) push the pressure plate, will be located in the pressure plate and the thrust plate between the filter plate and filter cloth clamp, by compression between the filter plate and filter plate to form the filter chamber, the feed pump into the material from the thrust plate feed opening into the filter chamber, solid particles trapped in the filter room, and filter cake formation, the liquid is through the filter cakes and filter cloth made from the SAP of the hole outside eduction body. If you need cleaning of filter cake, available on the transom lotion mouth pass into the washing water for cleaning filter cake. If the filter cake must be dry, wash mouth ventilation with compressed air, then blow dry cake.
5. Plate and frame filter press and box pressure filter structure is the same, just filter part is a box of filter cloth and a plate, plate and frame space is the filter chamber.
6. Filter press flow is divided into two forms: free flow and undercurrent flow. Free flow refers to the fluid filtrate from each filter plate hole directly discharge closed; Undercurrent refers to various pieces of filter plate filtrate together by the hole of produced liquid discharge outside.
