Air enters into air distributor at the top of drier through filter and heater, and hot air evenly enters into dryer in spiral way. Liquid material is carried to centrifugal atomizer at dryers top by pump through filter from liquid material tank, where liquid material is sprayed as tiny drops, it concurrent flows to contact air, then water rapidity evaporates to turn into finished product in very short time. Since finished product is discharged from drying tower bottom and cyclone separator, waste gas vent emptily by extracting blower.
