Vacuum Flash Cooling Crystallizer
-Vacuum flash cooling crystallizer, is composed of a crystallizing tank, circulating pipes, ditribution tubes, a forced circulating pumps and etc. The material enters int from the inlet at the circulating pipeline, and will go up to the ditributor rapidly as it has higher temperature than the mixed liquior inside.
-The pressure insde crystallizer will keep below 0.09Mpa by the vacuum system, so the liquior spiling over the distributor will be evaporated rapidly. Under the effect of vaporization and thrust of forced circulation pump, the material will be poured.
-In the continuous operation process, the moisture contained is evaporated, the concentration is increased, and the liquior reaches hypersaturated. There would be a large number of crytals separated out, settling under gravity, which can be dicharged from the outlet and be separted by a cyclone hydraulic separators.
-The vacuum flashing crystallizer is continuous operation normally, charging in while discharging out. Adjusting the operation to achieve controlling of size distribution of products and crystal mash density, gaurantee the stable crystal size, little mother liquor and high yield.
Characteristic

2.Energy saving. Taking advantage of heat of the material itself for evaporation, no need of additional heat supply.
3.Compared to the normal cooling crystallization, the vacuum flash crystallizer achieve evaporation and cooling at same time, free from consuming coolants and energy.
4.The flowing thrust inside is formed by vaporization of liquor and temperature difference of material, no need of an additional agitator.
5.Easy operation. The upper part of crystallizer is for vaporization and the lower parat is for settling of crystals. The thick crystals are dischraged from the bottom while the thin crystals are grow inside the circulating pipes. The crystal size is uniform and stable, and can be adjusted within a certain range.
6. Low cost and small inverstment, 40% of the interval crystallizer.
7. Low operation cost because of small electrical consumption and no driving wearing parts.
