Multiple effect Evaporator Crystallizer is appilicable to evaporative crystallization of inorganic salts and organics ( eg. sodium chloride, phenylalanine, sodium sulfate, amonium chloride, glycine, barium chloride, zinc sulfate, calcium chloride, ammonium sulfate, etc)

Structure and Principle
Continuous crystallization is continuous inlet and outlet, is different from crystallization in batch, and has advantages of smaller floor space, higher labor productivity, less energy consumption, better crystal quality, uniform and adjustable particle size.
Two types of continuous crystallization: vacuum evaporative crystallization and vacuum cooling crystallization.
The vacuum evaporative crystallization is crystallizing along with evaporating under same pressure and temperature. So the equipment has heater and evaporative crystallizer.
The vacuum cooling crystallization, Vacuum evaporative crystallization, send out a part of heat by flashing (turn the heat into steam, and send out ). So the equipment has only a flash crystallizer but no heaters. And the flash crystallizer is devided into flash zone, crystal nucleus growing zone, depression zone, mother liquor separating zone, central circulating tubes zone.
Vacuum evaporating crystallization or vacuum cooling evaporation is determined by solubility curve of the material.
Thinking from energy saving, multi-effect or single-effect is determined by production scale and evaporating capacity.
The more effect is, the higher evaporating temperature at 1st effect will be. Some material may be damaged by over temperature. The product quality must be the chief condition which needs to be considered.)
