CT-C Series Slice / Flaky Material Rotary Drum Dryer make the materials rolling inside the barrel . becuase the materials barrel is rotating when oven is working. the hot air will pass the barrel hole, so this kinds oven just can dry the slices and granules, powder can not use it.
CT-C Series Slice / Flaky Material Rotary Drum Dryer features use driving motor to rotate the materials barrel so that materials will rotate inside the materials barrel and the big volume hot air will cross the barrel and take out the moisture so that fast drying speed . the Tray Rotation Dryer with automatically controlled temperature. The applied fields are wide and can be suitable for all kinds of raw materials.
2. Description :
Most of hot air is circled inside the dry oven, thus rendering hot efficiency very high and saving energy source. It is applied to intensify ventilation and equipped in the adjustable air distributing plate inside the dry oven. And Tray Rotation Dryer can use dried raw material and heat source, involving steam, hot water, electricity or far infrared.
3. Brief Introduction :
CT-C Series Excellent Rotary Drying Oven is equipped with low noise axial flow fan and automatic temperature control system.
The circle system is fully sealed, making the hot efficiency increased from 3-7% of traditional oven to 35-45%, even up to the maximum hot efficiency of 70%. The successful design of Drying Oven catch up the advanced level both at home and abroad.

1. For the main electrical components , we have international brand choices such as ABB , Siemens or Schneider or others.
2. For the material for the machine , we have choices on AISISUS304 , AISISUS316L,carbon steel and so on .
3. For the control system , we have choices on push button, PLC+HMI and so on .
4. For the heating system for the machine , it is very flexible. we can configure it based on the customer site conditions ,such as steam ,electricity.
5. If without heating system , it can as a cooler to make particle with cooling air.
1. Options of heat source: steam, electricity, or far infrared, or both steam electricity.
2. Drying temperature: steam heating 50-130˚C, Max.140˚C.

4. Commonly using steam pressure 0.2-0.8MPa(2-8 bar), if machine heated by steam (steam supplied by client)
5. For CT-C-O, electric heated, rated power consumption:9kW, real consumption : 3-5kW/h.
6. For operation temperature of over 140˚C or less than 60˚C, please indicate when order.
7. The ovens and baking trays made by our factory are standard dimensions (640x460x45mm), and can be exchanged each other.
8. Baking tray also drill hole if client have detail requirement.
