Organic fertilizer dryers include chicken manure dryers, cow manure dryers, horse manure dryers, pig manure dryers, duck manure dryers, and dung dryers. The finished organic fertilizer dryer has fine particles. The dried product can be used as a culture medium to grow edible mushrooms, and can also be used as feed for breeding turtles, fish, snails, chickens, and ducks.
2.Working principle
The organic fertilizer dryer can directly dry up to 70%-80% of the moisture of the livestock manure to 13% of the safe storage water. The entire process is carried out in a closed system, thereby reducing the environmental pollution during the drying process. The equipment is mainly composed of a heat source, a feeding machine, a feeder, a rotary drum, a discharging machine, a material crushing device, an induced draft fan, an unloading device, and a power distribution cabinet; after the dehydrated wet material is added to the drier, both are in the drum. When the cloth copying machine is turned, the materials are uniformly dispersed in the dryer and fully contact with the hot air, which accelerates the heat transfer and mass transfer. During the drying process, the material is discharged into the other star discharge valve of the dryer under the action of the inclined plate and the hot temperament. .

Cow manure organic fertilizer
Cow dung contains 14.5% organic matter, 0.30 to 0.45% nitrogen, 0.15 to 0.25% phosphorus, and 0.10 to 0.15% potassium. It is a valuable resource that can be used as a source of soil fertilizer by the crop industry. The organic matter and nutrient content of cow dung is the lowest among all kinds of livestock. The texture is fine, the water content is relatively high, the decomposition is slow, and the calorific value is low. This is a delayed fertilizer. Cow manure itself has much less nutrient content than chicken manure and pig manure (having less nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium). Cow manure is a cold organic manure, and its decomposition rate is slower than that of chicken manure and pig manure. Therefore, its fertilizer efficiency must be high. It is much slower than chicken and pig manure.
Pig manure organic fertilizer
Pig manure contains 15% of organic matter, total nutrient content is not high, nitrogen is 0.5-0.6%, phosphorus is 0.45-0.5%, and potassium is 0.35-0.45%. Pig manure is fine in texture and complex in composition and contains protein, fats, organic acids, cellulose, hemicellulose and inorganic salts. Pig manure contains more nitrogen and a smaller proportion of carbon and nitrogen (14:1). It is generally easily decomposed by microorganisms and releases nutrients that can be used for crop absorption and utilization.
Chicken manure organic fertilizer
Chicken manure is rich in nutrients, according to the relevant determination: chicken manure contains: 89.8% dry matter, crude protein 28.8%, crude fiber 12.7%, digestible protein 14.4%, nitrogen-free extract 28.8%, phosphorus 2.6% Calcium, 8.7%. Histidine 0.23%, methionine 0.11%, leucine 0.87%, lysine 0.53%, phenylalanine 0.46%. Through proper processing and utilization, it can become a very good green organic fertilizer, or chicken manure. Chicken manure as a farm fertilizer has higher fertilizer efficiency than pig manure and cow dung. Each ton of wet chicken manure contained 11.35 kg of nitrogen, 10.44 kg of phosphorus (P2O5), and 5.45 kg of potassium (K2O). Because chicken manure contains a large amount of organic matter, it can also be used as a raw material for biogas production to generate energy and be used.
