Introduction
This type of isolated safety barrier transmits RTD resistance signals from hazardous area to safe area by isolating transmitting current or voltage or resistance signals in a circuit or two isolated circuits, and it may also be connected in a connection network in safe area via communication ports. The input, output, and the power supply are galvanically isolated from each other. It is an intelligent product with online self-diagnosis function. Customer may set the type and the range of the input or the output signals with a specific handheld programmer we provide.

2/3-wire RTD resistance:Pt100, Cu100, Cu50, BA2, BA1 etc.
Linear resistance:40~400Ω
Signal type and range can be specified at your order and may also be programmed by user.
Output signal to safe area:
DC current:0~10mA, 4~20mA, 0~20mA
DC voltage:0~5V, 1~5V, 0~10V
1:1 resistance repeating

Transmitting accuracy for RTD (at 25ºC±2ºC, without temperature compensation):
If measurable range <100ºC: ±0.1ºC;
If measurable range ≥100ºC: ±0.1%FS
For linear resistance:
Accuracy reduces in proportion to Im. e.g.:
1 mA ≤Im≤5 mA: Rm < 0.1
0.5mA ≤Im < 1 mA: Rm < 0.15
0.2mA ≤Im<0.5 mA: Rm < 0.45
Rise time: ≤ 2 s (bounce from 10%~90%)
Influence of ambient temperature: <30ppm/ºC
Lead resistance: ≤ 20 Ω per lead
Output load capacity:
DC current:0~10mA: 0~700 Ω;4~20mA: 0~350 Ω
DC voltage: 0(1) ~ 5V: ≥ 1 MΩ; 0~10V: ≥ 2 MΩ
