Hydro cyclone working principle 
 
hydro cyclone separator with pump ( or difference ) with certain pressure ( usually 0.5 ~ 2.5 kg / cm ) and velocity ( about 5 to 12 m / sec ) ore pulp is screwed into the cylinder along the tangential direction, and then the pulp with high speed rotation along the cylinder wall to generate centrifugal force. Through the influence of centrifugal force and gravity, a thicker, heavier particles thrown.

Hydro cyclone is including the upper part of a hollow cylinder, a cylinder is communicated with the lower part of inverted-cone, composed by the two hydrocyclone working cylinder. In addition, a hydrocyclone and ore feeding pipe, an overflow pipe overflow pipe, and the spigot.
