Brief introduction

 

The centrifugal sludge dewatering machine can achieve the integration of three functions: sludge thickening, sludge dewatering and thickened sludge dewatering. The concentrate dewatering system is consists of 5 parts: (1) sludge feed system, (2) flocculants dosing system;(3)concentrate dewatering system;(4) mud cake delivery system: (5)Serial system electrical control. To adapt to different targeting customers, we provide two different serial system electrical controls; (1) summary type: automatic control in operation; (2) General type: PLC control

 

Performance Characteristics of large slenderness ration Dewatering Centrifuge

 

1.    Large slenderness ration L/D:4-4.8, high rotating speed, small differential speed system: the large slenderness ration increase the time of clarification and dewatering in the machine; High rotating speed can strengthen the centrifugal force; Small differential speed can reduce the screw for material mixing, increase the dewatering time, then improve the results of dewatering and clarification. It produces much drier solid waste and much clearer separation liquid.

 

2.    High torque hydraulic differential: the torque is 2 to 4 times of mechanical differential and it improves the output of solid dehydration.

 

3.    Hydraulic differential can adjust itself with the load, automatically compensate the power of pushing-material, and get more consistent dry solid waste by two-way squeeze both from centrifugal force and two blades. It can automatically restore the initial differential to avoid putty. It can save 30% on drug and power consumption. The noise is less than 82db.

 

4.    The initial differential adjustment range is 0-20 r/min.

 

5.    Drum stag discharge mouth, spiral feeding mouth, pushing blade hot spray welding w2c-65% hard wear-resistant material with the thickness of 3mm. Compared with common fins, it has better wear resistance and there is no need to change it. It has a longer life Sludge Dewatering Solid Bowl Decanter Centrifuge .
