DETAIL DESCRIPTION

Brief introduction

This production line can make modified starch, denatured starch, pre gel starch by changing different designed barrel and screws of double screw extruder. Through extruding, inflating, drying, crushing. Modified starch is widely used in textile, food process, oil drilling, paper, construction industries etc.

Details

1. The model is TSE85-D, the output is 350-500kg/h.

2. Extruder screws quantity is two.

3. The main body material is stainless steel, which is easy to be cleaned.

4. The screws material is 38CrMoAl, which is wear-resisting.

5. The processing line needs two workers to operate.

6. We advice the plant area is no less than 125 square meters, the length is no less than 25 meters.

7. Process flow: (Raw material)---mixing---conveying---conditioning---extruding & puffing---conveying---drying--- (milling---packing)

8. Equipments: Mixer---Screw conveyer---Conditioner---Extruder---Air conveyer---Dryer--- (Grinder---Packing machine)

9. The temperature and rotating speed can be controlled and adjusted.

10. The processing line has self-cleaning function.
