Working process of seitan gluten making machine
1,The ratio between dry flour and water is 1:0.3-0.35kg.pour them into rolling drum.start the machine.
2,Mixing time takes 12 minutes.the first 6 minutes to run the machine in corotation,and then 6 minutes to rollback.
3,Nead the dough for about 12-15 minutes.
4,put 15kg water and wash for about 3 minutes to discharge the leftover flour pulp.
Second washing not more than 5 minutes.the last two washing time can be a little bit longer.after total four times washing to finally get the gluten.
5,50kg wheat flour can get about 0.9kg gluten.
