The products are designed by CAD and 3D analog software, Casting workshop has 3 sets of frequency melting furnace, automatic dial -coated sand production line, 2 sets of molding machine, and 8 sets of multi-station combination machines, leaking test machine, endured test machine and other test machine about 10 sets totally.

Jiaxin mainly manufacture Kinds of DZR, Lead-free brass&bronze Valves, Floor drains, Pipe fittings, Basin waste, Flange series etc. More than 1, 000 varieties in Taizhou, Jiaxin is organized according to the ISO 9001: 2000 standard. It developed the long-life brass parts according to the SN/T0725-1997 material standard and with fluorine plastic grinding pad, guarantee 20000 cycles open and close without leakage as well as other performance test.
