Function description for peeler centrifuge:
Centrifuge is used for solid-liquid separation. The feeding pipe starts to feed in material after the drum revolving to a certain speed.At this time, the siphon pipe is at a certain place of the siphon room and the product will be distributed evenly on the drum wall.The filtering liquid will enter into siphon room through the filter cloth, lining net, filtering plate and the holes on the drum bottom. Then the filtering liquid will be drained outside from the siphon pipe and the solid will be left on the filter cloth. After a period of spining, the scraper will move to peel the cake from the drum wall to the spiral discharging device. And then the cake will be transferred outside through the spiral device.

Main structure:

This type of centrifuge is mainly made of a drum, a scraper device, spiral discharging device, siphon device, skimming device, backflushing device, bearing seat, transmission device, floating platform, shock absorber, controlling system and et.

Scraper:

Apply hydraulic cylinder driving wide scraper unit to discharge, the scraper blade is inlay type. This kind of blade is made of hard alloy. The blade is in teeth type. While scraping, the touching surface is discontinuly. Then the total cutting period is in two parts and the resistance is lowered then the friction-proof is higher.The bearings of the screw and the scraper are FAG brand.(note: this blade has national standard, its patent No. is 200920255606.4)
