Roller-type rotor pump

The roller-type rotor pump is a new rotation displacement pump. It is among the best fluid delivery pumps, consisting chiefly of cavity, rotator and roller. The roller turns closedly against the inner walls of the cavity under the centrifugal and hydraulic forces for high vacuity and dicharging pressure.

The product uses multiple new technologies and materials to enhance the sustained delivery power of high viscosity materials, slurry, and the mixture of gas, liquid, and solid granules. As the pump cavities are pretty large and the turning rate relatively low, the fluid delivered by the pumps does not produce shear turbulence, hence the delivery is stable. The key components of the pumps are endurable as thy are made of high quality wearing-resistant and corrosive-resistant material. The pumps are used extensively in petrochemistry, pharmaccutical industry, foodstuff industry, environmental protection, etc.

The product fills up a technical gap in China, has three patents. It is the appointed product of the State Petrochemical Industry Bureau and The General Chemical Industry Equipment Company of China.

Product character

Special theorem and different material be used to improve pump's wear-resistant and corrosive-resistant.
With high vacuum, pump can intake high viscosity material from 3-8 meter depth, and mixtures of gas, fluid, solid materials
High efficiency and energy-saving, good sealing, low noise, small pulse, low failure rate, long life.
Equipped with frequency converter, flux can be adjusted and can be used as generaly measurement pump.
Flange, screw, or quick interfaces can be used as customer required.
Movable pump can be used in anywhere, and pump canned fluids or high-viscosity material.
