Self-priming rubber lobe pump

Rubber lobe pump is a positive displacement pump with self-suction, no one-way valve and flux is proportionate to rotarion speed. Compact structure, convenient assembling, smooth running, low energy cost, high efficiency, small shear force to media, good wear resistance, low maintenance cost. Specialized in tranferring all kinds of viscosity medium which contain solid granule and fiber.

The rubber lobe pump is driven by two parallel main and auxiliary shafts. The rotors are installed in front of the two shafts, the rear with a coule of syn-gear. Driven by the main shaft, the gear leads the auxiliary one to rotate synchronously. And the syn-gear makes the rotors and shafts running relatively, which changes the volume to create the high negative pressure and emission pressure.
