Working Principle:
DRUM FILTERS, self-cleaning mechanical filters. Liquid to be filtered, entering on the side of the drum, is filtered through filter grid.
Filtration of the water level difference inside and outside of the drum due to gravity, slowly rotating around its own drum while flowing through the filter solid particles and other pollutants out of the inner surface of drum sticks. During rotation, the particles from the surface with the help of high-pressure spray nozzles cleaned and collected in a tray. This process prevents the degradation of the soft organic particles and increases the efficiency of the filter.
Using a flexible mechanism for easy and secured around the cylindrical drum of stainless steel or corrosion resistant to sea water and polypropylene (PP) filter screen, removing the supports can be easily changed. Drum motor, hydraulic tank, placed somewhere on the level of the liquid, 8 rpm rotation speed constant is coupled to a gear box. Drum motor is controlled by a level control system.
