The picture shows our Vacuum belt filter is used in the Xuchang City sludge dewatering project. The totel capacity is 20 tons  per hour.The sewage and sludge from the city rivers and tunnels are collected and transported to our plant, the sludage is filtrated by our belt filter, and the filtrated water is recyled  for the city life using water; and the sludge is filtrated to be used as the fertilizer for the plant of Xuchang City.

We offer a complete range of solutions for corrosive, abrasive and hot filtering applications, from the highest quality stainless steel to FPRs and plastics. The filter frames are manufactured from open channel and angle sections to prevent problems associated with corrosion when using box sections.

Cake discharge

Cake discharge on most applications is spontaneous, we make use of cake scrapers or water slides to ensure complete cake removal in the event of wet, sticky products.

Endless rubber belt

An endless rubber belt with traversing grooves drains the filtrate towards holes positioned along the belt. Synthetic plies encapsulated in the rubber part below the grooves serve to withstand the longitudinal stresses to which the belt is subjected.

We have constructed the widest filters using 4m rubber belts. These are available in natural rubber, SBR, neoprene, and EPDM, depending on the process requirements, transporter belts have a carcass-free center zone to ensure long life by preventing contact between the carcass and corrosive filtrates.

Endless filter cloth

It retains the cake and moves together with the belt. Various MOC, porosity, weaving type ere. are available.

Vacuum box and wear belts

A vacuum box below the belt is mounted along the filter and collects the filtrate. through a manifold to the receivers. The box at its tops-de has two lips covered with low friction synthetic strip liners that seal through intermediate wear belts between the bottom side ofthe belt and the surface of the strips. Since the belt Is the most expensive part of the filter these endless narrow belts serve as sacrificial component that takes the wear between the surfaces, protects the rubber belt and secures against vacuum leaks.

Horizontal rubber belt vacuum filter with filters as the filter media, is full use of gravity and vacuum suction material to achieve effective separation of the solid-liquid separation equipment. Discharged after washing, the cloth filter regeneration of filter cake, and then through a set of back-up roll and again after correcting device into teh filter area, began to enter new filter cycle.
