Use
This equipment applies to Chinese medicine, western medicine, glucose, brewing, starch, oral liquid, chemical, food, MSG, dairy and other industrial alcohol recovery, can be used for small volume, variety and more heat-sensitive materials at low temperature vacuum concentration.
Feature
1. Energy efficiency, according to calculation of SJN-1000B type, in one year, can saving 5,400tons of steam, electricity 130,000 degrees, about RMB 200,000~250,000 yuan in total (compared with single effect).
2. Adopt external heating with natural ring type and negative pressure evaporating type, has high evaporate speed, great concentration proportion, up to 1.4(general medicine extract), no need the caldron to collect.
3. The concentrator adopt 3-effect evaporate at the same time, the second vapor to be used, energy consumption is 70% lower compared with the other concentration.
4. Multi-function operating characteristics: the concentration of alcohol can be recycled about 80 degrees; can get paste in one circle, feeding through first effect, then go through the second effect, and turn out as paste after going through the third effect.
5. The concentrator has a special structure, concentrate tasted thick, the cream is uniform. The material evaporate in a sealed no foam state, difficult to run material, reduce pollution, material will be concentrated completely the same day, not easy to coking, easy to wash. There are heat zones out of heater and evaporator.
6. Have been setted automatic drainage, condensate water of evaporation can drain off automatically.
7. The concentrator uses (0Cr18Ni9) stainless steel, meet the medical food hygiene requirements, meet GMP standards.
