Making production line processing machine for cassava starch
In the processing of cassava starch it is vital to complete the whole process within the shortest time possible, since as soon as the roots have been dug up, as well as during each of the subsequent stages of manufacture, enzymatic processes are apt to develop with a deteriorating effect on the quality of the end product.
For our starch processing machines, all the productive process is fully mechanized. It just need 30 minutes from feeding to final production. In the dregs, there is no starch granules. We have reached the first standard of the field to dry starch with low temperature and low altitude.
Cleaning Section
There are two times cleaning in this section. For the first cleaning, the raw materials will be transferred by belt conveyor from feeding hopper to roller cleaning machine, and to remove sand, peels, muddy and sundries. There are two valve outlet at the bottom, all the sundries are collected to the bottom for periodical clean-up.
By belt conveyor, all the cassava material are sent to the paddle cleaning machine to begin the second time cleaning. In the U type clean machine, the present stones and other heavy particles will be separated.
For this cleaning section, it can remove most of sand, muddy and sundries.
Crushing Section
In this crushing section, we use two steps, firstly use the knife-type crusher to piece cassava into small particles, then put small particles to the hammer miller to make it finer. Though these two kinds machines, we can break cassava and release starch as much as possible.
Extracting Section
The materials out of the hammer will go the centrifuge sieve to separate starch granules and dregs.
We adopt the technology of three-level back-flush to extract starch. All the starch slurry will go to the centrifugal sieve one by one. After separating, the starch milk will flow out into one hopper. Then going into the fine sieve to make starch milk more finer. Three vertical centrifuge sieves are put by vertical direction, so the slurry can flow down automatically, so there is no need to add more pumps to connect. That’s to say, they can save more water consumption, power and cost.
Purify and De-watering Section
Out of the centrifuge sieve, all the materials will go into de-sander machine to remove sand.
Then the materials go into hydrocyclone machine to start concentration, purification and separation. Our machines adopt the world latest combination structure ensure more stable system working, and there are 18pcs hydrocyclones, the coarse starch milk will be purified 18times, finally the white starch milk will flow out from one side, and yellow slurry will flow out from another side.
Using vacuum dehydrator machine to remove water from the white starch milk, after this machine, the rate of water is 37-38%.
Drying and Packing Section
From the vacuum dehydrator machine, the wet starch will go into air steam dryer machine. Under the wind force producing by the wind machine, the wet starch and hot air will mix in the two drying tubes, and divided into two suspending status, then go ahead in parallel at high speed. Finally the two tubes become one, and the materials crash and create more heat, so the wet starch will be dried immediately to reach flash dry. The temperature of starch is very low, it’s about 40℃, after sieving, they can be packed directly.
Electrical control and management
In this part, we will supply electrical control cabinet, signal cable, cable trays and cable ladders, and other electrical installation parts. The substation and motor power cable is not included except customer specially required. PLC control system is an optional choice for customer.
In PLC control system, all the machinery is controlled by Programmed Logical Controller which can insure the machinery running stably and fluently. The system will make some judgments and do reaction accordingly when any machine is in fault or stopped abnormally. In the same time it will alarm and remind the operator to settle the faults.Schneider series electrical parts are used in out electrical cabinet. The PLC brand will be Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi and other International Brand. The combination of a good designing and reliable electrical parts insures the whole mill running smoothly.
Our factory workers will pack all the machines by crane and forklift. All the machines will be shipped by the container.
