10-200 T/D FTA complete set of corn processing

Adopting the dry process technique, FTA complete set maize milling machine can produce low fat corn grits and corn flour at the same time. The throughput of the set varies from 10 tons to 200 tons per 24 hours. The whole assembly line consists of maize cleaning, maize peeling, degerming, milling, flour grading and flour packing parts.

Process Flow:

Impurities removal in the separator and destoner firstly and then the pure corn be transformed to peeling machine, after intensive and gentle peeling, the maize will be degermed in the polishing machine. Then the granular maize(without skins and germs) will be grinded and milled by roller mill. After the circulatory milling and flour grading, the wantted products will be packed by the automatic packing machine.

Output Index:

     corn grits   about 45%-55% (Adjustable)

     corn flour   about 20%-30% (Adjustable, all of the corn can be milled into flour)

     animal feed   about 25%
