What is Fructose syrup ?
Fructose syrup is known as high fructose corn syrup(HFCS) . The saccharified liquid from enzymic method saccharified starch isomerizes part of glucose into fructose through the isomerization effect by glucose isomerase. It is a kind of mixing syrup which consists of glucose and fructose.
Fructose syrup can replace cane sugar. Just like cane sugar, it can be widely applied in food and beverage industry. Especially in beverage industry, it has better flavor and taste and lower price than cane sugar. Its usage has outstanding advantages in food and beverage industry.
How to produce the fructose syrup ?
The fructose syrup is made by glucose isomerase. So when making the fructose syrup , it will need making the glucose syrup firstly . As we all known glucose syrup is made from starch hydrolysis (main material is corn starch). But during the starch production , there has serious pollution problem-- large quantity waste water.
Under this condition, our company has researched and developed the new technology. Now we can produce the fructose syrup from corn or broken rice directly without pollution. It also can reduce the production cost than producing fructose syrup from starch, the investor will have more greater profit margins from corn/rice fructose syrup production.

1. Corn/rice powder production of corn rice fructose syrup making line
Use the complete set powder production line , we can make the corn powder/rice powder from corn / broken rice by dry milling method. The corn/ rice powder is used to produce the fructose syrup .

2. Mixing slurry section of corn rice fructose syrup making line
Mixing the corn powder or rice powder with water in the mixing tank, then put in enzyme, keep on particular time with required temperature to make sure the powder to absorb enough water.
3. Injector liquefaction of corn rice fructose syrup making line
The mixed corn powder / rice powder milk is sent to buffer tank then liquefied by jet cooker with the aid of enzyme at high temperature in regular time .

4. Filter press deproteinization of corn rice fructose syrup making line
Because of inside of the corn / rice slurry have too much protein, so the slurry need pumping into the press filter, after press the slurry, the syrup will flow into the slot, the protein will stay inside the filter machine.

5. Saccharification of corn rice fructose syrup making line
The liquefied material is sent to enzyme saccharification tank for reaction. Maintain at specific temperature for some time , the syrup will transfer to High DE glucose syrup.

6. Glucose syrup purifying section of corn rice fructose syrup making line
After LAB testing, the glucose syrup will be purified by decoloration and Ion exchange process to produce the high purity colorless glucose syrup for next process.
7. Isomerisation glucose to fructose section of fructose syrup making line
The parts glucose syrup will be Isomerism to fructose . During this process , around 42% fructose will be produced (on dry basis) .

Then the fructose syrup will be purified by decoloration and Ion exchange process to produce the high purity colorless fructose syrup .
9. Evaporation section of corn rice fructose syrup making line
The pure and clean fructose syrup have very low density, the vacuum evaporator can evaporate fructose syrup inside water to outside increase density at very short time. When the fructose syrup concentration reaches the technology requirement, then it cools the temperature and enters into the final product tank for storage.
