The pressing deproteinization system use the filter press to make the protein stay inside the filter machine, get the purify glucose slurry,then put in glucoamylase, maintain at specific temperature, the glucose enzyme will transfer syrup into glucose syrup.

The glucose syrup pumping into the decoloration tanks, after twice decoloration to get pure glucose syrup, use the filter press to decarburizate, then Ion exchange system will attract all the cation and anion and other small electron, and get the very pure glucose syrup.

The pure glucose syrup have very low density, the triple effect evaporator and single effect evaporator can evaporate glucose inside water to outside increase density at very short time, and get the suitable density. The final production storage tank can maintain the glucose syrup purity, and easy to produce and transportation.
