3. Filter machine
Our efficient filter machine is a kind of water purification automated equipment, which is integrative water treatment for vast and deep waste. That machine, with internal scientific design, is made up from the stainless-steel and precision filter column, water distribution system, washing system and other components. The filter medium is activated by composite components including the powder of activated carbon, zeolite, RP phosphorus and RN removal of nitrogen and other. According to various micro-polluted water quality and different purification requirements, there will be the different components of filter medium and different proportions of the preparation of filter media placed in the filter machine. The filter medium can be uesd for the large water cycle purification, which can effectively remove COD, ammonia, total phosphorus and other pollutants and nutrients in water, so as to the rapid restoration of water clean state and ensuring that the water surface to reach to the surface standard of class II to IV and better water quality. Filter media activated carbon can be recycled several times and do not produce sludge, no secondary pollution, low operating costs, low carbon and environmental protection.
Activated carbon have good adsorption performance on the "broad spectrum" which is biodegradable pollutants in water. So activated carbon can almost purify the effluent from various industrial wastewater treatment plants, and can stabilize the effluent quality to Grade A or surface water standard.

Raw water is composed of chemical, pharmaceutical, printing and dyeing, papermaking wastewater. The processing capacity of 150000 tons/day. The original water standard is for level 1 B. After modification, the water quality reach the standard of surface water.
(2) Shijiazhuang city, Hebei province
Raw water is industrial wastewater and the processing capacity of 100000 tons/day.
After using our filter machine, quality of output water reaches first A standard.
(3) Huzhou city, Zhejiang province
Raw water is composed of chemical, pharmaceutical, printing and dyeing, surface treatment of wastewater. The processing capacity is 10000 tons/day. After using our filter machine, quality of output water reaches first A standard.
(4) Fuyang city
Paper mill wastewater treatment plant is about 70000 tons of paper production wastewater disposal every day. Effluent COD is about 70-95 mg/L. After using our filter machine, quality of output water reaches first A standard.
(5) Zhejiang provice
Using filter water machine processing, water quality can reach the surface water class II standards.
(6) Laiyang city, Shandong province
Industrial wastewater and a small amount of sewage were directly discharged into the river course, leading to the pollution of water and loss ability of water self-purification. Upstream pumping station of water body has serious smell of the water in the river. Water quality CODCr is 158 ~ 185 mg/L and ammonia nitrogen is 38 ~ 41 mg/L, belonging to the worse V water body.
After the biological belt reatment and filter machine's deep purification, river water can reach to the surface class IV water quality.
