Brief introduction:
This automatic food weighing and packing machine is consists of vertical automatic packing machine, 10-heads combination weigher, z type elevator(with vibration feeder),supporting plat form and finished products conveyor. It can realize from weighing, filling to packaging automatically.
Application
It is suitable to package fragile materials demanding high accuracy, such as grains, puffed food, crispy, rice, jelly, candy, pistachio, apple slices, dumpling, chocolate, pet food, small hardwares, medicine, etc.

Packaging & Shipping
All parts of our packing machine are packed in the standard wooden case for exporting.
If it is in a full containers, the container will be loaded in our factory by our workers. Also, all the machines will be fixed onto the container by steel wires. So it is safe and strong enough for a long journey from our factory to your place.
Our Services
1. the warranty time is one year from the date you get the machine, except the easy-wear parts.
2. If any parts are found defective in quality in the first year, we shall replace it freely.
3. we are responsible for the smooth operation of the machines. If you have any problem during production, just feel free to contact us. We assure you our soonest response.
Payment
We accept different method for payment, just like TT, LC, escrow. You just need to choose one which is conveninet and safe for you.
Payment terms: 40% deposit, the balance against copy of B/L or 100% L/C at sight.
Delivery: 15-20 days for semi automatic packing machine
30-35 dasy for full set of fully automatic packing line.
Installation
1. We will send our engineers to install the plant and train your workers for the full set of fully automatic packing machine with weigher.
2. The semi automatic packing machine is easier. We will make testing in our factory for all parts. And We will send you the operation manual.
