1. Brief introduction

The drum and scratching dryer is a king of rotating continuous drying equipment with internal heating conducting-style. The wet material get the heat from outside of the drum to get rid of the moisture. The heat is transfered from the internal wall of the drum to the outside wall of the drum, then to the material film, so as to evaporated and damnify moisture and dry the material. The thermal efficience is higher than the other dryer, which is widely used for the pasty material, liquid kinds of material and others, just like the rice flour, corn meat, farina, potato starch etc.

2. High thermal efficiency, which can reach 80-90%

3. Short drying period. The drying period of materials is normally 10 to 15 seconds, so it is suitable for heat-sensitive materials. It can be also rated under less pressure condition if it is put in vaccum condition.

4. Fast drying rate. Because the film of the materials, which are coated on the wall of the cylinder, is very thin and also the directions of the heat and mass transmitting are indentical, so the evaporation strength on the surface of the film can keep at 30-70 kg. H20/m2.h. The thickness of the film are usually 0.3-1.5mm.
