Once open filter press uses longer cylinder and beams. The plates are connected by stainless steel chains. While discharging, all plates will be pulled open to discharge all cakes at one time. Companying with vibration device, it can discharge cakes perfectly.
Advantage:
High degree of automation and efficiency, less wear and tear. Easy operation and maintenance.
But please kindly notice that the plates should not be too much. normally no more than 30 pcs.

2. The oil cylinder seat, pressing plate and thrust plate are formed by carbon dioxide protection welding.
3. DaZhang self-developed flter press with the biggest filter area of 1000M2 goes well in Vietnam.
4. The main beam of DaZhang filter press is designed by adopting welded box construction, and manufactured by making use of submerged arc auto welding technology.
5. The chain cover which is indenpendently developed by DaZhang has the characteristic of high hardness and anti-corrosion.
6. All the spare parts that need painted are dealed with high speed centrifugal ball blast descaling and iron scale. After painting MIO exoxy build primer, paint acrylic polyurethane coating directly to make it have the best adhesion. It can save hundreds tons of putty every year, thus not only reduce the cose, but also protect the environment. More important, it improves the adhesion of the paint and antisepsis class of the filter press.
