Hzs50 concrete mixing station is a small mixing station product of the company mixing station series, which is composed of the feeding system, batching system, mixing system, electrical control system and steel structure components. The mixing station is widely used and can be applied to small scale engineering construction site, concrete prefabrication plant and commodity concrete factory.
Product features
1. The mixing machine and the aggregate lifting mechanism use the js type double horizontal shaft forced mixer, stirring strength, high efficiency and good quality;
2. Module structure, installation and relocation is very convenient.
3. The aggregate ingredient uses the PLD1600 type batching machine, the metering is accurate;
4. Cement, water and liquid admixtures are measured by electronic scales, and the batching precision is high;
5. The water supply system uses the siphon pump pressure principle, to speed up the water flow rate, spray uniform, the structural principle has been granted the national patent.
6. The shaft end seal is sealed with labyrinth and floating seal ring. The unique shaft end air pressure seal protection device, in the mixer original protection with more than one heavy protection, make the mixing shaft more durable and reliable.
