PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Working Principle:
1.Gravity dewatering zone
The waste sludge is mixed with polymer by pump, the tiny suspended particles come into floc bigger particles because of bridging action. Then spillover to automatic distribution device by the way of gravity flow.
Most of the free water is discharged in this zone, the sludge concentration is increased, and latex sludge character tends to be stable. All is benefit for the later squeeze dewatering operation.
2. Pressure dewatering zone
The filter cloth gradually press on extrusion sludge dewatering.
3. Forcing pressure zone
For the 6 idler wheels, diameter gradually lessen, pressure on the contrary. By changing the position of the filter cloth among the wheels, the capillary bound water is squeezed out by shear force, to produce a dry sludge cake.
