White Lai YK vibrating screen is a new type of multi-deck, high-efficiency vibrating screen. It works in circular motion and applies cylindrical eccentric shaft exciter for amplitude modulation. Working Principle:
The disperse material group with different particle sizes is passed through a single-layer or multi-layer sieve surface with evenly distributed pores. The process is divided into several different levels to become sieves. Particles larger than the sieve pores are left on the sieve surface and are called sieve tops on the sieve surface. Particles smaller than the sieve pores pass through the sieve sieve and are called sieved products on the sieve surface. The actual screening process is: After a large number of different sizes of coarse and fine mixed materials enter the screen surface, only a part of the particles are in contact with the screen surface. Due to the vibration of the screen box, the material layer on the screen is loosened, so that the large particles exist. The gap is further expanded and small particles are taken through the gap and transferred to the lower deck or transport aircraft. Because small particles have small gaps, large particles cannot pass through, so the original disorganized particle groups have been separated, that is, they are stratified according to the particle size, and the rules for the arrangement of the small particles and the coarse particles are formed. The fine particles that reach the screen surface are smaller than the screen holes and penetrate the screen. Finally, the coarse and fine particles are separated and the screening process is completed.
