- Material of grinding chamber/ rotor: S.S.440C/ S.S.420
- Discharge of products: with dynamic/static separating ring or static separating screen
- Sealing mode of main shaft: double face mechanical seal
- Sealant circulating in mechanical seal is compatible with solvent in grinding media to avoid pollution to grinding media.
- Cooling jacket outside sealant tank and cooling jacket outside grinding chamber are adopted to cool down mechanical seal and grinding media.
- Cooling system inside hollow rotor is available on HBM with separating ring.
- Adjustable range of pressure limit switch at material inlet: 0-6 bar
- Adjustable range of temperature limit switch at product outlet: 0-100ºC
- Fault alarm on control panel shall be activated in such cases:
- Pressure of cooling water in cooling jacket: too low
- Working pressure in grinding chamber: too high
- Temperature at product outlet: too high
- Circulation of coolant for mechanical seal: not work
- Level of coolant for mechanical seal: too low
- Motor load: overload
- Application: Wet grinding of lithium cell, paint, ink, printing ink, dye, pesticide, color paste, etc.
