YG new type vacuum filter

The filtration area of the equipment is 5-80m2. It is the largest production and the highest output at home and abroad. It is mainly used for washing and concentrating the white mud in the acid recovery section of the paper mill. Compared with the original filter, YG's new vacuum filter adopts the pre-hanging technology. The application of the pre-hanging technology is that the filter medium is changed from a single filter to a filter and a white mud pre-hanging layer. The layer is composed of white mud particles, and the particle size of the white mud is about 40-50um, so that the numerous micropores and the relatively thin mesh screen together work together to complete the filter medium, and under the higher vacuum, better results can be obtained. Filtering effect; the second feature is the use of pre-hanging layer continuous update technology: to maintain a good filtering state of the pre-hanging layer, causing the capacity and dryness maintain stability.
