Qihui Standard
Double “L” pipeline
We equip double “L” pipeline, one for CIP cleaning, other is balance pipeline.
Normally, some factories do not have the balance pipeline.
The function of the balance pipeline:
A. When cleaning the fermenter, the valves on the balance pipeline are keep in open state, it allows intake and exhaust to avoid positive pressure or negative pressure in the fermenter.
B. Larger fermentation tanks produce more CO2 during the main fermentation period. This pipeline valve can be connected to the CO2 exhaust pipe, the CO2 can be discharged outside.
