Main Features
1)It is specially designed to make pre-shredded tires chips into 12-25mm (0.5″-1″) wire free rubber chip.
2) The main rotor housing is equipped with replaceable wear plates to increase the durability and longevity of the cutting chamber.
3) Another unique feature of this machine is the ability to turn the knives before having to send them to be sharpened or replaced, minimizing operating costs.

Shredder
The first step of cutting the tires, cut the tires into rubber strips. All the shredder blades thinkness ranges from 25mm-152mm depending on type of tires, output, final product. The shredder can process pre-cut OTR tires, truck tires and car tires from 1ton to 20ton per hour.
granulator
The Granulators are designed to grind the rubber mulch from the Grater into small granules as fine as 1mm. The granules are screened and re-circulated until the desired size is reached. Due to the design of the Granulator and precise alignment of the blades, the Granulator produces a very uniform cut and high quality granule. During the granulation process, 99% of the fiber is removed, leaving a contaminant free crumb rubber granulate ready to be further processed or sold.
Miller
The Spark's miller is designed to produce rubber powder from 500kgs to 5tons an hour in capacity and the powder size can be as fine as 120mesh which is determined by adjustable centrifugal screen. Its features are convenient operation and high speed grinding tray which makes a continuous operation.
