1. Introduction of gluten making machine
This series of gluten washing machine is double screws machine. To operate the mnachine, the following points should be noted:
1. The operator should stay at the machine when it is working, and notice the running. Feeding is not allowed too much and no overload operation.
2. Put No. 40 oil into reducer appropriately, and change it within one week at first use, then use diesel oil to clean the reducer, finally put new No.40 oil again. Should to notice changing the oil each half of year since second change, and put some oil twice for each work team at outside of the bearing.
3. Don’t touch the machine when it works.
4. Cleaning and repair the gluten machine on condition that powder is cut off.
5. Check the electric equipment regularly to make sure the degree of insulation.
