Gluten is made by washing wheat flour dough with water until all the starch granules have been removed, leaving the sticky insoluble gluten as an elastic mass . The traditional method of making gluten from wheat flour is hand washing, efficiency is very low. The gluten seitan washing machine production process :

Step 1. Mixing wheat flour and water in the gluten making machine to make the dough .

Step 2. Wait for some time to let the gluten formed in the gluten making machine.

Step 3. Add fresh water in the gluten making machine to wash the dough for some minutes                 then discharge the washed starch water .

Step 4. Repeat Step 3 process for 3~4 time to wash the dough until all the starch granules                   have been removed.

Step 5. Discharge the gluten from gluten making machine automatically.
