Decanter centrifuge LW -series  is most often used for clarification of liquid containing high concentrations of solids, removing solids from liquid.

This machine can continuously produce mixture with suspended solids, diameter of particles is not less than 0.005mm, solid consistence (volume scale) is in between 2- 40%.

The mixture liquid is fed in the machine, Under the effects of centrifugal force, the solids which has heavier density collects on the bowl wall, and be pushed out of cone side of the bowl under the function of scroll discharge mechanism, liquid be clarified flow to opposite direction from center of the bowl, and be overflowed out of another side of the bowl.
