The refining cyclone is a special equipment for refining and washing starch milk. Its main purpose is to remove soluble and insoluble protein, fine fiber and sugar to purify starch milk.Under certain differential pressure separable particles, which uses centrifugal force and the particle size to separate the different suspension particle.
The starch milk and the washing water are countercurrent through the washing system, the washing system is usually composed of 6 ~ 12 stages .Each stage consists of a number of cyclone tubes, which are assemblyed inside of "cyclone separator" and work in parallel.
