Liuzhou snack - one of Guangxi "three rice noodles", the Liuzhou snail rice noodles, with its unique "acid, spicy, fresh, cool, hot" flavor, is made of Liuzhou unique soft and refreshing rice noodles (dry rice noodles), with acid bamboo shoots, peanuts, fried yuba, dried radish, fresh vegetables and other ingredients, reconciled with moderately rich, hot and sour tasted soup that boiled snails.

The taste of LiuQuan snail rice noodles comes from it’s unique soup. The soup is made from sugar and 13 kinds of natural spices and condiments which contains snail meat, three Chennai, star anise, cinnamon, cloves, peppers and so on. modulation dried rice noodles: rice, edible corn starch, water. (rice: edible corn starch = 60% : 40%)

packet of snail meat: snails, edible vegetable oil, salt, aginomoto, white granulated sugar, pork bones extractives (pork bones extractive, salt, maltodextrin, essence), yeast extrative (edible bread yeast, sodium glutamate, disodium 5’-ribonucleotide), chicken meal(chicken extrative, maltodextrin), natural spice(ginger,  anise, fennel, pepper, Chinese prickly ash), chili powder, garlic, purple perilla, ginger, shallot.

Cooking methods

1.Cook the dry rice noodles in the boiled water(100 degrees) for 10 mins, until you can nip off it easily. You could also add some vegetables.

2.Then pour away the water, and remove it to a bowl.

3.Boiled 500ml water, put the sour bamboo shoots,pickled green bean , peanuts and   vegetables into it. (according your personal taste)

4.Pour the soup into your noodles, then you can enjoy it.
